2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return: - Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. - The item must be in its original packaging. - You must initiate the return request within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. - Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
3. Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: - Items that have been installed, used, or damaged by the customer - Electrical and electronic components unless proven faulty upon receipt
4. Return Process

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
5. Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Exchanges

7. Shipping Costs
